I have the Sims Deluxe Edition, and it seems that I have to do everything possible done, work. When I was in the CD / DVD. And when I think of my computer and click on The Sims 2 Deluxe CD says to 1 in strength. After entering the CD that says that I put in the wrong. What should I do?

K is a complex problem ....
Check to be placed in the top left of your case by Dick, can mean, PC CD / DVD-ROM compatible, or you can simply say: PC CD-ROM.If says only compatible with DVD, you need into a slot in the PC DVD otherwise it will not work.
Another problem could be a questionable hard drive, try it on another computer, if this fails, then you take when you bought it and complain.If works, it's probably a problem with your computer, you can return the disc and look for a new process on your computer, but when I get sure that there is no installation elsewhere.
Last thing ....
If you have not retained a different computer, in order to best explain their problem, may help in the situation, and if not, change, or receive a full refund.
