I'm in the army, and I want to eat healthier, but the restaurant serves food that I'm sure that is not always the best option. Suggestions in addition to my many foods (from the police station or local grocery stores even though this is) an option? Even foods that help to develop strength and size, while the development as it might have "a training program is to be found in the dining rooms.
